Requirements
• License or Certification for skilled care and paraprofessionals
• Excellent references from both current and previous employers
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Detail oriented and exceptional home care skills
• Professional and always poised
• Positive attitude, strong work ethics and an attention to detail
• Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality
• Technologically Savvy
Documents Required
CNA and HHA
• HHA Certification with curriculum, CNA License
• PBC Home Caregiver ID badge (applies to HHA’S)
• Assistance with self-medication certification (2hrs)
• HIV/AIDS training certification (2hrs)
• Domestic Violence (4hrs)
• Alzheimer’s Disease (4hrs)
• CPR Card
1. American Heart Association
2. American Red Cross
3. American Health and Safety Institute
• Social Security Card
• Work Authorization (documents that are authorized by the government to work in the USA)
• Florida Driver’s License/ Florida Picture ID and Automobile insurance
• Physical examination / (important: all physical must be done within 6 months prior and must state “free from communicable disease”)
• TB test or chest x-ray within the last 12 months
• Level 2 Background Check (we will initiate screening if you have not done so)
RN and LPN
• LPN or RN license
• CPR Card
